Prepositions 2

collocations 0 terms 14 questions TOEIC Part 5, Part 6, Part 7

This set uses the error-recognition format: four segments of a sentence are marked, and one contains a preposition that does not belong. The format has been retired from the current TOEIC, but the skill it trains has not — scanning a sentence for the one element that is off is exactly what Part 6 and the incomplete-sentence questions demand.

Your task

Each sentence contains four marked segments, (A) to (D). One of them uses the wrong preposition. Select it — this is how the error-recognition part of the exam works.
