A large share of TOEIC Part 5 questions give you one word and four forms of it, and the sentence decides which form belongs. Turning a verb into its noun — negotiate into negotiation, choose into choice, fail into failure — is the most common of those transformations, and the endings are irregular enough to be worth learning as a list.
