Les conflits ont un vocabulaire précis en anglais, et la précision compte car les mots ont une portée juridique : un dispute est resolved ou part en arbitration, un salarié est suspended et non fired, un dismissal peut être unfair et ouvrir droit à appeal. La partie 7 du TOEIC recourt régulièrement aux notes RH et aux communiqués syndicaux, et ce sont ces mots qui décident des questions.
