L'anglais construit rarement un contraire par négation quand un mot distinct existe : le contraire de borrow est lend, celui de guilty est innocent, celui de shallow est deep, celui de reward est punish. La partie 5 du TOEIC en profite pour glisser la forme négative en distracteur. Cette leçon entraîne les paires dont le vrai contraire est un tout autre mot.
