L'anglais des affaires dispose d'une douzaine de façons de dire commencer et arrêter, et elles ne s'échangent pas : une entreprise est set up, une usine est shut down, un contrat est terminated, une commande est cancelled, un investisseur pulls out, une maladie est eradicated. Choisir le mauvais verbe est l'erreur classique de partie 5 chez les candidats au vocabulaire large mais imprécis.
